Intent
An Intent is a canonical expression of a desired future condition sponsored by an identifiable Actor or Principal.

Outcome Formation begins with an Intent rather than with a catalog listing. A buyer seeking regeneratively grown grain at a volume no single farm supplies expresses an Intent; it describes what is sought, not what exists or what will eventually occur.
What it is not
Intent ≠ Commitment
